Dori is full of you know what. My implied question is that I wonder how many of the Lebonese Canadians,(Canadians of mere conveneince) are members of the terrorist organization, Hezballa? That is what I am concerned with. These ******* use our country when they want. They visit a war-torn country and then whine, like the American Lebanese also, at their governments slow reaction. Totally ungraterful citizens of our own country.

I live in Metro Detroit, Michigan where there are many Muslims from various countries. People from many countries immigrate to North America for economic reasons rather than to escape tyranny or persecution. Muslims however seem to have a different agenda. They never assimilate into the culture. On the contrary, in Hamtramck, Michigan, for example they sued for the right to have the call to prayer played over the loudspeaker 5 times per day from 6 am to 10 pm. In Dearborn they sued for children to be fed halal lunches in school and to be allowed to pray in the multi-media room on Fridays. Michigan has vigorously prosecuted pregnant women from the Middle East who come here, give birth, go back to their country of origin and then return here when ready to give birth again all on public funds. Michigan has prosecuted business owners who sell cigarettes at a discount that were purchased in a state like North Caroline which has lower taxes and sell them in Michigan which has higher taxes. Money from Michigan flows to Muslim "charity" organizations in the Middle East. So perhaps some of the 50,000 Canadians were bringing funds to Lebanon.

That is a very intersting question! i think that u should have the curiosity to figure out the answer urself!!
the day of the "israeli" attack on lebanon there was:
-more than 25,000 american (a minority of them is white american people, that is why the US did not even try to get them out the first day of the attack- that is why american citizens were last to be evacuated from lebanon- biased gov.!!)
- 20,000 citizen from Saudi Arabia, natives were in lebanon, they were on summer vacation as they do every year
-few thousands of natives Italians were in vacation as they do every year
-few thousands of native french people were in vacation as they do every year
in addition to canadiens,bulgarians , russians, jordanian....etc
Ur question shows how ignorant u r about other countries, i would say visit lebanon , meet lebanese people and then u might reconsider asking such a question!!
Lebanon does not pretend freedom as some countries do! it is really a free country!
by the way the lebanese citizenship is the hardest to get because it is a pure race, not like some countries that are looking for people to increase their populations by giving them citizenships! being a native and having a citizenship are 2 different things! Do not be jealous GO to lebanon and let me know, i've been there!! :)

Canadians are on vacation because Lebanon is a great free touristic country!! majority of them are native canadian, call the embassy and ask!!
