No, because a politician might have a psychological disorder but is able to keep it under control with therapy and/or medication. But if he/she was tested, it might show up and then they would have to deal with the stigma that comes with mental disorders. Also, having a medical or psychological problem doesn't always make a person less capable of their job.

No, we should get what we vote for...good or bad. If we vote in someone that is in poor health, medically or mentally, then we should accept the consequences of our actions.
