u guys told tat maybe bcoz ive eating disorders but tats not true i eat like a pig and i wanna put on more weight if u think im misserable .....im 21 yr and 5"2 and 102 ponds ..

at 5-2 and 102 you are fine. ignore idiots like that. as long as you are healthy who gives a crap. I'm sur you look great.

you cant help that you only weigh 102 lbs. Its just the weigh your body metabolises the food you eat. You have to realize that as long as youre eating healthy and getting exercise then you cant really do anything else to change your weight. Im not sure but maybe if you try doing some form of weight training and build up some muscle that may add some weight.

I am 45 and weigh 109 and stand 5'5. The only reason I weigh this much is because of one of my meds lithium. I have an underactive thyroid and low metabolism. These two results shocked me. I thought being small would be the opposite of both. I try to eat a banana everyday and I hear pasta foods are good for putting the weight on,instant breakfast with a meal helps me. I don't like being too skinny myself,I want a butt too.

its your metabolism...i used to be the same way...when you get older your metabolism will SLOW down, trust me. Then the weight will come on if you keep eating the way you do. I am also 5'2" and when I was a teen and in my early-mid twenties I only weighed 104 lbs. I ate anything/everything I wanted and never gained an ounce. I completely understand about how people think you have an eating disorder. I was the same way. Just be patient, your metabolism will slow with age.

Your weight now isnt bad for your height, but if you wanna put on a little weight start going to the gym. Put on muscular weight, abs and just get toned up youll put on heathy weight , and looking toned is whats in too. A good weight for your height would be 110-115 though where your at is ok too. But if your not happy with where you are try the gym.

I saw a seriously ill anerexic girl yesterday she looked like a skeleton, so sad- its a shame she basically is ruining her life- probably will dye in a few years and shes only young. Or even if she got help and got better she will become so overweight her body wont be able to handle it- she has ruined her motabalizm (spelling?) will no way be able to have children either, maybe she was a heroin addict I dont kwon- so sad though -
lol sorry I didint answer your question- your quite short though so unsure if your underweight? As long as you are healthy weight you dont need to change anything.

You probably have very high metabolism. If its difficult to eat more than you already do, you could take the weight gainers that body builders use to build up body mass or Ensure in addition to you diet. The only way to gain weight is to consume more calories.

I have a hard time keeping weight on too. i drink Ensure plus. Then at night before bedtime I eat a big bowl of ice cream. I've put on two pounds
