First, there are no clear studies that prove that masturbation or ejaculation is healthy and keeps the prostate healthy. For every study that says it is, there is one that says it does not. The prostate is not a muscle but a gland, so it cannot get stronger by using it more. Over-use would cause abbrasions, which can cause it to become congested and inflamed.

Frequent masturbation and ejaculation stimulate acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions excessively, resulting in the over production of sex hormones and neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin. Abundant and unusually amount of these hormones and neurotransmitters can cause the brain and adrenal glands to perform excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-epinep... conversion and turn the brain and body functions to be extremely sympathetic. In other words, there is a big change of body chemistry when one excessively pratices masturbation.

Note: Masturbation is a healthy sexual behavior. Like other behaviors, when over practiced or addicted it can lead to both psychological and physiological imbalances.

The side effects of such changes to the body include:
Fatigue. Feeling tired all the time
Lower back pain
Stress / Anxiety
Thinning hair / Hair Loss
Soft / Weak Erection
Premature Ejaculation
Eye floaters or fuzzy vision
Groin / Testicular Pain
Pain or cramp in the pelvic cavity or/and tail bone

If above symptoms are experienced, you need to restore the balance of brain's acetylcholine / parasympathetic ratio, reduces the level of sex hormones in the body, and sedates sympathetic nervous function, or the symptoms would become worse.

While I'm a firm believer in sex education there are a few ways to argue against it. First of all, sex education brings the information to the front, possibly giving kids ideas of things that they had never thought of before. Instead of just letting things goes by and take their natural course, kids begin thinking about it. They begin to wonder what it's like (although the media bombards us with ideas of sex all the time) and may make poor choices that they never would have if they hadn't heard about it in the first place. Teaching sex education in schools takes the responsibility away from the family. It's the parent's job to raise their own children. Teaching their kids about it creates a sort of bond of communication which is lost if they just assume that the school will teach their kids and they can leave it alone. By teaching sex education, schools are actually stepping on the toes of family ties.

There are no disadvantages, only advantages. One such advantage being a good release of stress, another being good exercise for the body, mainly the prostrate. The biggest advantage is that it just plain feels great, that's why I have to have it a least once a day.

There are none. A low sperm count is genetic, a lot of sex would not affect it.
