I have a heart problem and is on blood medication wish needs testing regularly and I do not have a regular physition. this will take place in portland,oregon.

A lab test to have your blood monitored has to be ordered by a physician. You should contact the physician's office that ordered the medication to get an order for the test(s) and then ask them to recommend a lab that can do the test for minimal or low cost. They may refer you to a teaching facility like Oregon Health Sciences.

If you have a heart problem, you should see your cardiologist. DO not rely on free clinics as they are not completely familiar with your medical history. Clinics are good for some things, but when it comes to cardiovascular issues, sticking with the specialist is the best option.

Contact your county's health department and see if they have any free clinics.. A lot of time they do special testings for certrain programs that they offer.. Like for women here, they offer family planning which offers women complete physicals.. I hope this helps.
