A look is more important then the clothes. If you're at the mall and you see a cute guy and you want him to notice you then you need to send signals with body language. Clothes get noticed second, because first you have to do something to get the guy to look at you. Try to get the guy to make eye contact. Once you have eye contact you have to do eye flirting. Give him a look that says I am worth the effort to come over here, but I am mysterious, and desirable. That's what hooks a guy after that be yourself and keep up with the eye contact.

A boy will generally notice you if you're:
- attractive yet down to earth friendly
- wearing clothing that accentuate your assets, revealing helps
- smart or funny
How he feels about you is another issue

i used to have this problem. Be yourself and at school or whatever try and hang out near and have a "brave friend" see what he thinks about you. Just be yourself and not shy ! Hope this works.
