I don't think Zoloft treats paranoia. Maybe you should see your physician.

This is info is primarily for those flying out of the U.S., but is applicable for travel within the U.S. as well...

Pack an extra supply of your medication in case you are away for longer than expected.

Carry a copy of the original prescription, and ensure that both the generic and trade names of the drug are included in case your medication is lost or stolen. A doctor's note describing why you are taking the medication is also recommended

Leave all medicine in its original, labelled container to avoid problems with customs officials. Do not try to save luggage space by combining medications into a single container. It's a good idea to carry your medications in a carryon bag rather than your suitcase so that the medication is with you at all times and available to you. You should have all of your medical conditions and necessary medications written down on a card or piece of paper that you carry in your wallet or purse and in addition, you should wear a medical alert bracelet or necklace for serious conditions such as diabetes or heart disease.

You should also check with the customs centers or embassies in the countries that you will be traveling to and inquire about which medications will be allowed through customs and the amount of medication that you are allowed to bring. Ask about any other requirements regarding medications or need for a doctor's letter explaining your need for these medications

I went to Germany last summer and customs didn't even question my zoloft, so apparently they don't care.

Zoloft is a prescription medication so it should not be a problem.
