yes they do, we have a jamaican friend who peels like us, it just dosent show as much

I am 30 years old from Mississippi and live in Alabama. I have never burned in my life. Like everyone else, I spend time outside and I've never had a problem.

Yes, dark skinned people can still burn. Mostly on their neck, ears, and face.
