yes they do, we have a jamaican friend who peels like us, it just dosent show as much

I am 30 years old from Mississippi and live in Alabama. I have never burned in my life. Like everyone else, I spend time outside and I've never had a problem.

Yes, dark skinned people can still burn. Mostly on their neck, ears, and face.

My best friend Charlie, who is of Nigerian parentage and as black as coal, burns worse than me on his cheeks and forehead........
