It would depend on several factors, most notably if you were fertile and whether or not you used contraceptives, but yes it is certainly possible.

Assuming you both are healthy and have no fertility issues, the chances are as good as if you were home for two weeks. The real indicator is always: 1) are you ovulating; and 2)are you having sex. Hey, if those two things are happening, you might be knitting baby booties in 9 1/2 months.
You can always do a google search for an ovulation calender. Put in your cyle info and it will tell you exactly when you are most & least fertile for a given month.

Oh a cruise sounds soooo romantic, anyway, the chances are always 50% - 50% because if you will be ovulating during those days it will be perfect but if you are going to be on your period forget about it, the best thing to do is go when your period is done then you can make sweet love for 2 weeks and I bet you you get pregnant. Have fun!

Me and my ex-husband just came off a cruise and we had sex and I didn't get pregnant. I think I waited too late with this cycle because, I had already ovulated for the month. I have to wait until I ovulate again. The key is to have sex when you ovaluate that's when ladies are the most fertile, and his sperm can stay in our uterus because of the thickness of our mucus and fertilize the eggs and that's were life starts. You must know when you ovulate and have alot of sex at that time.

It all depends on when your cycle ends and if you are in the stages of being very fertile. But hey trying all the time never hurts right.

It could happen, but since you want it to, Murphy's Law will likely be in effect. If you think about it too much, you might lower your chances, just have fun!
