Should businesses, if allowed to sell in the country, be responsible to hire work in the same country? And if not, perhaps customers should not buy stuff from them. What do you think?

So to whom exactly would this be fair? Sure, that's great news for local workers, but consumers consistently show that they don't care about workers, local or otherwise. They want choice and affordability (not necessarily in that order) and they don't give a rat's rear about who made it, or where, or what wages they worked for while making it.
