It is probably because you were straining. If it persists contact you doctor. Put a pad on so that you can monitor if you are still bleeding and the general direction it is coming from.

The blood could have been coming from your rectum, not your vagina, and listen to this advise, drink more water! I knew about constipation before I got pregnant so I started to drink a lot of water, I am now 12 weeks pregnant and have not had any constipation problems at all, I use the potty twice a day with no problems and it is all thanks to the 10 8oz glasses of water that I drink every day, remember to read your prenatal vitamins label, it says take it with LOTS of fluids because theiron can sometimes cause a lot of constipation, BUT water will cure it all!

That is very normal especially this early in pregnancy. Just be sure to eat plenty of fiber and drink lots of water, this will help with the constipation. As far as the bleeding, plz consult your doctor if you keep bleeding but spotting a little is normal.

Constipation is very common in early pregnancy....Go get a book called " what to expect when you are expecting". It's the pregnancy bible and will help with all these questions. Your question as well as many others that you would not expect is in there. It's excellent in describing all of these little things that worry moms and help distinguish when something is "normal" or not.
Good Luck!

visit the ER. Thats stupid your clinical professional received't see you for 2 days. i wager its so early, they don't assume they could do something in case you do miscarry. I had gentle brown discharge for about 3 days then finally went to the ER. i assumed the brown discharge became commonplace. They did an ultrasound and issues appeared commonplace yet there became no heartbeat at 12 weeks? which became unusual i assumed. They reassured me each and everything appeared sturdy and did an inner exam. I had slightly cramping too basically like you. I wasn't so fortunate notwithstanding. I miscarried later that nighttime. I desire i ought to've lengthy gone to the ER quicker regardless of the reality that if there became not something that ought to were performed, i ought to have felt more effective constructive about it and not in any respect so less than pressure out.
