Consider this: Hannah Montana is just a character from a tv show of the same name. Her cellphone, should she have one, would be made of cardboard - it's just a prop.
If you want to talk to Miley Cyrus, the girl who plays Hannah Montana... ask yourself why. Then ask yourself, that if you were in her position, how would you feel if a total stranger just called you up out of the blue just to chat.
