All we hear from the libs is Bush isn't going after Bin Laden. Would you libs want Bin Laden put on trial because he has "rights" when he is finally captured?

It doesn't matter. What the courts or international courts say do. This is unexplored territory, so we'd have to let them decide how he's to be dealt with and what rights if any would afforded to him.
Not every issue HAS to be political til you make it one, just cause you hate libs...

First off I love being called Liberal, I'm a Liberal and proud of it. Second Yes if we captured Bin Laden he would have rights, He may be the scum of the earth but so are child molesters and they have rights, and the right to a fair trial! Like I said he may be the scum of the earth but he is still a human being with rights.

Yes I would like a trial for Bin Laden and I am not a liberal. What else are we going to do with him once he is captured, put him in a museum. We had a trial for Andria Yates and she killed 5 of her kids with her bare hands. This is America were have you been.

The Law is for everyone including if Bin Laden is to be captured,
it is the same Law that is after him. He has rights! of course he have till he is to be found guilty, then he gets all that is left.

He deserves to treated and tried just the way sadamn has been. Every human deserves that. It's called living in a civilized society. Put him on trial and then throw him in jail forever.

Well since he is a CIA asset and anything he said would be very incriminating towards the cureent administration, I don't think they could afford to leave capture him alive much less give him any rights if they did. Robert Mueller (FBI director) even admitted they don't have any evidence to tie Osama to 9/11.
hmmmmm and there is a mountain of circumstantial evidence pointing to our government, go figure
