all the richest bankers, and industrialists, they have a club where they get together to talk about policy

the new policy is overpopulation. the world got overpopulated when all these colonies became independent. we can't have them all consuming energy so what's needed is a good plague or something to kill about 4 billion people, or about 2/3 to 4/5 of humanity. that's what they're shooting at


if we don't control population growth, we'll have no choice but to abandon capitalism, since it is not effective at dealing with shortages. europe has already done this and that's what they wanted to do with kyoto. just use kyoto as a way to share the oil. but this is bad for capitalism because governments start to take control of industries, they don't make any more money


so for capitalism to continue, they just need to kill a lot of people, cut the population down to size, so we have room to start growing again
