Get your toothbrush wet and dip it into baking soda, making sure that all the bristles are covered.
Brush your teeth for five minutes, two times a day.
Spit out the baking soda toothpaste and rinse your mouth clean.
Use a whitening toothpaste and brush really well.
Make sure to floss so you don't get hard to remove stains on your teeth.
Don't use whitestrips because they only whiten the tops of your teeth, not between them, and your teeth will just look worse.
Don't use paint-on whitener because your spit will wash off the gel and you'll have unevenly colored teeth.
Try chewing whitening gum.
Drink a lot of water. What's the use of having white teeth if your breath stinks?

First take two small pieces of foil and fold them so they will fit the size of your teeth.
Take the first piece and make a mold around the top set of teeth.
Take that out and do the same to the second piece on the lower set of teeth
Now have the molds ready and squirt the toothpaste into both molds and spread it out with a q-tip or your finger
Next take some baking soda and sprinkle it over the mixture.
Now pop the molds into your mouth and keep them in there for 5-10 minutes

Mix salt, baking soda 50/50 and upload a dash of hydrogen peroxide. Its very low priced and can paintings moderately good through the years. Bad information it tastes like crap. You might upload a few peppermint oil or whatever to make it style bigger.
