a lot of protein is good for you because your muscles get built with protein. Obviously though stick to lean proteins rather than fatty stuff coz that would be bad.

BUT: you can't eat no carbs - eat a LOT of fruit because these are good carbs mostly. But it's no harm to cut out while and beige foods - bread pasta rice potatoes white sugar etc.
