I really think the story is great enough to make a movie on it. The only problem is that its too lengthy but still its amazing the world of Warcraft by Blizzard or the gaming series of Warcraft. I am more with Warcraft (the game trilogy) than world of warcraft because world of warcraft is just an online game and has less story.

I don't know if it is true (haven't checked it but will do it asap) but I heard there are making or are going to make a movie about WoW.
If I'm not mistaken it will be actors that gonna play it. To bad I really would like it animated.

Less story? I dunno about that. I've played Warcraft 1 &2 and WoW, and I think WoW has a huge amount of story there.
Anyway, yeah, it would be fun movie to go see. I don't know whether I'd prefer live action or CGI, tho. CGI might be cheaper, and be easier to do the different races, with out a boatload of extras. Live action could be awesome though, if they get a good budget for all the effects.

Oh dear lord, not if they involve the "surprise aliens" from the Burning Crusade expansion. The regular story (MINUS the aliens) is fine for a computer game, but would make a lousy movie.
Unfortunately, it has brand recognition, so it will probably get made into a movie anyway :-P

if you talking oldskol warcraft than yes the story is awesome and I would like to see it in a movie. Man I spent many days playing that game. Gave it all up for finance. If you need extras in your movie once sold please keep me in mind. Good luck with this.
