How do u get a ladias or the regis in pokem emerald?

I know how to get ladios i think by the day care is tat true?Where do u get ladios and ladias and the regis then?!!!!!!!!!!

And how come i can't find a raquaza in sky pillar?! wat's the problem?!!

Go to gamewinners.com or gamefaqs.com or email for the Regis--there's alot involved in getting them. In Emerald, after beating the Elite Four you return home. Watch the TV and the reporter will say something about a new Pokemon that has been sighted, but the color of it is unknown. Once the program is over, your Mom will ask you what color the Pokemon is--you can answer either Red or Blue. The color you choose will determine if either Latios (Blue) or Latias (Red) will appear in your game.

How to find the regis is to have a wilord 2 stage of the wail Pokemon in the front and that rock fish you find under water in the last slot in your party then go to the town that floats on the water then surf left of the town in the fast waters stay down toward the bottom then their should be a part you can dive go under their should be some strange letters go up and you will be in the sealed camber go to the back of the cave more strange letters use dig and go to the back of the second part read the back the screen shoud shack like an earthquake the three tomes are open in the desert the 2tall grass area and a little south of old man ship house

http://gamefaqs.com will explain it better but let me give a little pointers. latios/latias you will get after you beat the game. you will have to pick either blue(latios) or red(latias). for the regis is a long process so check the site. and for the other legendaries like requaza you'll get him after you wake him up when groudon and kyogore are fighting (you'll get him after he calm the fighting but you'll have to go back the the sky pillar with a mach bike). and groudon and kyogore you'll go to the weather center and they will tell you about some abnormal weather and that is where those two are hiding (note: you'll find them one at a time).

getting the regis is the same as ruby and saphire i think
