I smell a STD or a possible UTI. If it always hurts to the touch when it is hard, that is very unusual. Does it hurt after sex? Whatever the case, go to a doctor.

That is not normal. A urologist can spot an std or a urinary problem. Please see a doctor. You only get one p_nis.

ummm no! if u have been sexually active then u may want to get a STD check. If you havent been sexually active then it could just be a form of like a yeast infection like girls get. Guys can get it too.

No... you need a doctor ....it could be a couple of different things like... kidney infection, urinary track infection, gonorrhea or clementia, or the skin could just be raw
