You go to take the inactive pills in the set, and your period does not start like usual.
You can also take a pregnancy test if you believe you are pregnant, have breast swelling, or other symptoms.

if you don't get your flow during the last week of pills (the fake ones) you may be pg. Take a test or call a dr.

you won't have a period. And the home tests are rarely wrong.
