(sqrt(2))/(sqrt(9 * 2))
(sqrt(2))/(3sqrt(2))
ANS : 1/3

(4 - 6i)(4 + 6i)
16 - 36i^2
16 - 36(-1)

root 18 can be written as (root 2 *root 9). so the root 2s on the numerator and denominator can be cancelled out.
that leaves 1/root 9
that's equal to 1 / 3

sqrt(2)/sqrt(18)
is
sqrt(2)/sqrt(2*3*3)
or
sqrt(2) / (3 * sqrt(2))

which reduced upon division to
1 / (3 * 1)

or
1/3

sqrt2/sqrt18 = sqrt2/18 = sqrt1/9 = 1/3
