It can be very serious. How old are you, by the way? What kind of flirting are you talking about? Flirting with your high school buddies. That would be more of the innocent kind of flirting--but that could be cruel too.
I wouldn't play around with a guy's feelings, if I were you. Put your energies to serious relationships. You are hurting yourself more than anyone else otherwise.

flirting with authority is not a right thing. if u are an adult than it can seriously be harmful but the children can get some releaf. y to take a risk! u can even go to jail if its quite serious & by doing so may sometime create problems for other people though it would be fun for u.

It depends.. are either of people married? Would the flirting go beyond just a nice word and smile? If so ..
It could lead to other things.. it could brake up a couple .. and ruin a family and many other nastie things. that would be cruel.

You can kill a marriage, which in turn can ruin the children's lives, they may become depressed and attempt suicide over their parents brake up. If they die, then they will have never develpoed the cure for cancer, or new form of energy, or become a doctor and save a child's life. So, Yeah, flirting can be dangerous.

you could be a compulsive flirt like me and get all kinds of retarded stalkers with crushes on you. you could get yourself into dangerous situations. you could hurt your husband by your flirting with everyone all the time. you could lead people on who thought you liked them but you didnt youre just a flirt....

No nothing will happen if one is within limits and be law-abiding. So far as it is decent flirting, nothing wrong in my opinion.
