If you live in the United States, this is technically unconstitutional due to the Fourth Amendment: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." But I would still be careful. Also, your parents might be very upset if they knew you did this.

The US Supreme Court has ruled that an officer can pull you over only if he has probable cause, unless it is part of a legally set up roadblock in accordance with state laws.
One possible reason for the officer to pull you over is to check if you have a license, if he has probable cause to believe you do not. The proabable cause could be the fact that you look too young to have a license. In this case, he would say he saw you and you appreared to be under the legal age for having a license. Of course, this would only work once for each officer who pulls you over, or maybe a couple times if it is a large city and he is seeing many people. But even then, an officer would be expected to remember you after he pulled you over a couple times in the same car.

"Keep your mind on your business, keep your hands on the wheel, keep your beady little eyes on the road ahead". (Would make good song lyrics, don't you think?) Seriously, that big cop has better things to do than bother you. There are so many traffic violators out there that he can't even begin to cope with them all. Just try to be sure that you aren't one of them. And you beware of the other driver and have a good long happy life.
