The most beautiful woman/girl in my eyes is one who sees everyone as beautiful. She feels that she too is very attractive no matter what blemishes or flaws she may have. Her hair is natural... no dyes, perms, etc. Her makeup natural colors if any at all. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder so I have heard. If you see this celebrity as beautiful, then she is... Some may feel that Hilary Clinton is beautiful... in her own ways, she is... Angelina Jolie is also beautiful.... I fear that this world is prying on beauty too much... I myself have flaws... large blue eyes, untamable hair, average body but I too am beautiful.... Beauty is what each of us makes it.... so I feel that the most beautiful girl in the world would be the one who never talks bad about anyone. She never looks down at anyone.... She has a song in her heart and a dance in her step.... The most beautiful girl in the world feels that no one has flaws or problems but that we are all equal and lovely....

I'll send my pic and that how I can show you the most beautiful girl. lol!!! I think beautiful people are described not just by looks but personality and well being.
Example:
Angelina Jolie is a very beautiful person for all the great things she is doing for other countries and adopting children who needs family. That makes her a beautiful person. Looks wise, I don't think that she is that pretty, but her beautiful soul makes her a beautiful person.

I am a female but I think Angelina Jolie and Ashley Judd are both very beautiful-I also think Cher is, too. For people who are not famous, I have a coworker who is mother to eight children, works full time, and is going to college-she is a very perceptive and wise person and is so beautiful to me.
