I will see question at the bottom of a page that I want to go back to,after I answer the question on the page.How do you mark or save that question so you can go back to it?And why do they disappear?

go into the question and add it to your watch list...

Right near the question, it's highlighted in yellow, there's a small link that says add to watch list. Click that and when you're on my Q&A page, you'll see a section for my watched questions.

Go to the bottom of the page and click on next..

Right click on the Question you want to answer, and select the option, Open In New Window, that question will be opened in new window and you may answer it there. and the main question page will remain there.
Or you keep pressing SHIFT key, while clicking on the question, that will also open that in new window
