Mexico because they have squatters rights as being the first illegal aliens and they are not going to let some outsider from another planet invade after all they have gone through!
France would be the least likely as they won't even protect themselves from a war.

None... If aliens were to attack us it would be every man for himself. I believe we are not worth aliens time any way. If they were to ever show up for any reason it would be because they ran out of supplies on there planet
