Why have I seen men portrayed as throwing up after being kicked/kneed in the balls?

am i missing something. can it really hurt that bad?

Yes!! Its a weak spot. Kickin someone in the balls is like giving Superman kryptonite.

YEP. For some reason you can get very nauseated even if you don't throw up.

When women get pregnant and throw up in the mornings, can it really hurt that bad?

O YES it can! I say this from experience. You get hit down there hard enough and its like a paralyzing/sickening feeling.
