Several species of caiman (a type of crocodilian) live in the same rivers as piranhas without being eaten.

Croc will win because it got a hard skin for piranas to penetrate. May be a swarm of piranas might kill a croc but croc they never be alone in the dark.

The piranas would probably ignore the croc and the croc would probably ignore the piranas unless it was small & very hungry.

The croc would eat as many fish as it could catch, while the fish wouldn't be able to harm a croc.Like ping pong balls against a tank.

after years of keeping red belly pirhanas, they aren't aggressive as people think they are.
if the croc had an open wound than the pirhanas would attack it.
so if they were to the croc would have to have an open wound. than the pirhana will win.
