Are you completely daft? Get yourself to the ER immediately.
If what you're describing is accurate (and you're not being a total a$$ & jerking our chains), you have what's called a compound fracture (where the bone pierces the skin). It will most likely need surgery to correct, and that can only be done at a hospital by an orthopedic surgeon.
