Depends if its agirl or a boy.
Girls usually like jewelry and they have this necklace it says Sweet 16 on it. I got one for my 16th birthday and I loved it.
I know a few other girls who got one also and loved it.
If its a boy Iam really not sure the best thing to do is find out what he likes.
