Surf the web like you're doing now. However, may I make a suggestion? Perhaps you should talk to your supervisor about taking on some new responsibilities. Even if there aren't any currently, it would certainly impress her that you're looking to achieve something on your job.
Believe me, there's always something to do at work. I'm not sure where you work, but if you ask your manager, there will be a list.

Read a book or do some relaxing exercises. If you don't expand your mind or work your body you are just being lazy, get on with it fix yourself before you realize you need fixing.

if you have a cell phone, quietly excuse yourself to the bathroom and play a few games to kill time, I became really good at Tetris on my cell....just be prepared to have some folks ask stoopid questions regarding IBS or UTi's....go figure.
