My parent's house is having a problem with tree roaches. The house is clean, they spray and my dad put down boric acid and still nothing has helped. Any other ideas?

American Roaches, Smokey Brown roaches commonly live in trees and feed on decaying plant matter. Start by removing any leaves and debris from under the shrubs and bushes. This will remove a lot of breeding and harborage areas.
A good perimeter treatment is a great place to start. Concentrate around the foundation and in the shrubbery areas- especially if you have ivy or ground cover.
large roaches can live in wall voids, attics ,and crawl spaces as well and like damp areas.
I recommend a professional exterminator for safe effective control. Your families safety should be your main concern in dealing with any pesticide. Read the label and follow directions if you do it yourself. More is NOT better. Usually makes it more repellent and they just move.

move...the professionals in our city tell us the tree roaches are migrating from the river to the south and west...and the tree roaches are kamikazees at night when you try to get to the car!
we moved about 3 miles away about 14 years ago and thankfully they are not here yet
