THE FIRST INTERVIEW WAS THIS SMELLY, UGLY FAT WOMAN WITH BAD TEETH IN HER 40'S. SHE HAS A COLLEGE DEGREE AND SOME RELEVANT EXPERIENCE. THE SECOND INTERVIEW WAS WITH THIS FRESH OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL 18 YEAR OLD BRUNETTE HOTTY. TIGHT BODY, PERKY AND CHEERFUL A GREAT SMILE BUT NO EXPERIENCE AND NO COLLEGE EDUCATION. JUST BASED ON WHAT I SAW TODAY I'M THINKING OF HIRING THE HOTTY JUST SO I DON'T HAVE TO SEE THAT UGLY FAT WOMAN EVERY AGAIN. WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK??

Do more interviews! Experience counts, appearance counts but not on hottieness(if that is a word). People should be on time and kept well not ready for a strip club.

Keep looking for another candidate or hire the older woman. You aren't hiring for prostitutes or exotic dancers, right? Just get someone who is most capable of doing the job.

aside from the physical part, the 18yo is more moldable (in that you can teach her what to do and she'll work your way) while the 40yo may be "set in her ways" and be less open to doing things your way. I guess it also boils down to how much experience plays a role in the job. i don't know what job its for. if its for like a nurse or something, go with the college degree/experience person. if its sales or something, go with the 18yo.

It depends on how late you want to stick around after work to do the jobs that the underqualified girl did not or could not do.

You'll be too busy making up for her lack of skilled work to even glance at her.

From a practical, business point of view, it would be unwise to hire someone, based on personal appeal.

Hire the young one. You can pay her less and train her exactly how you want since she knows nothing.

Besides who wants to train someone with bad breath?

I'm guessing you are not a successful man. Otherwise you'd understand that a little CYA is better than a little hot *ss, every time.

I think you should not be in a position of power. You should hire whichever one would be an asset to your company.
