Goto My Computer
Click Options in the menu bar
goto Folder Options
click the view tab
under hidden files and folders check the option for show all files and folders.

you can show hidden folders
go into my computer or the folder you want to see the hidden files in
click on tools
folder options
then the view tab
then look down the list and choose show hidden files and folders

Go to your windows explorer, click on View, and then click Show hidden/system files and folders and then set all folders the same.
