Firstly, DO NOT WEIGH YOURSELF DAILY! hehe, that's the worse thing you can do. You'll get frustated easily if you do that one thing! You don't loose 5lbs a day! What you can do though, is eat lean protein, and lots of vegetables. Skip the refined carbs as well. Excercise is great, cardio 3 times a week or more if you're up for it. Walking is also great and you can use it as a social thing, asking a friend just to go for a walk. No candy, cakes and sweets. I'm currently doing all this, but doing cardio 7 days a week, and alternating walking/running everyday as well for over 30 mins. If it's walking, I go for an hour a day, running, between 30-40 minutes. Don't eat a few hours before bedtime, you don't want food just sitting there. There are also tons of videos out there that can help you work out by yourself at home. It sure is cheaper than buying a gym membership. I can't do the gym membership, so I've gone and bought some dvd's and some small equipment. ie. pilates materials, weights, etc. Also, alcohol is a factor as well. If you can stay away for the most part, I'd encourage that too.

Exercise. Do not diet. Diets slow down metabolism. Instead, just eat healthier foods. Do not eat fast food or anything salty or greasy like french fries and pizza. Check your weight daily and make sure that you are not gaining anything. I have heard of a diet, but not tried, eating only watermelon and drinking only water for about a week or two and I've heard that you can lose 10-15 lbs.

nicely you consume a million eeg in the morning and then run a mile.(awaken early if your a sluggish runner) Then do 25 crunches, 25 push ups, 25 jumpin jacks, and 25 leg lifts.Then when you grasp that bypass directly to 50. consume 3 nutrition an afternoon so which you matabalisim gets used to how plenty you consume. Then pass as much as 5 smaller nutrition an afternoon so which you matabalisim can get quicker. try this for a pair of month and that i promise you will see effects.

Ive lost 10 lbs in two weeks just by eating only fruits/veggies and other low fat things (stay between 800-1200 calories a day and 20-30 grams fat) Only drink water, and work out some.

Cut calories and exercise...Atkins diet worked for me, just watch what you eat when you stop trying to lose weight so that you don't pack it back on...
Eating right and exercising are the best ways to lose weight period, and keep it off..

Eat lots of raw vegetables and some fruit for snacks, instead of junk foods,eat three sensible meals,smaller portions,.no seconds! And the major most important -Exercises, Exercises,Exercises!!!!And no soda -Drink plenty of Water!

Try swimming laps in the pool. Not just a few. Keep it up every day. eat healthy and vwala! weight gone!

Go vegitarian for awhile - you'll lose weight really fast. Then, if you want, incorporate meat back into your diet.

eating a healthy diet.. doing cardio exercises at least 5 times a week... and do not give up..you did not gain the weight overnight---so you won't lose it overnight...
