A quick review of the U.S. constitution will outline several errors with your so-called question.

First of all, are you at least 35 years old, a current resident of the U.S., and a natural born citizen? Those are the requirements to be president.

Second of all, no, you cannot oust Bush with a petition. For the president to be removed, he must be impeached by the House of Representatives. Then the Senate must vote that he is guilty of the crime the House convicted him of too. Then the majority (two-thirds, I believe) of states must vote to have him removed using whatever method each individual state chooses.

A petition may sway the opinions of some of the people who have more say in this issue, but it will not get him out of office in and of itself.
