Not fat, but maybe a little chubby. Don't fret though, it's cute. :)

If you are between 20 to 25 years of age it is not too much to worry about, but if you are younger then you show to a doctor for hormonal treatment. If there is no need then do some yogic exercises and also reduce intake of extra diet. 1100 calories of food and sufficient water, at least 4 to 5 litres a day will reduce your weight within 3 to 4 months time.

No, but here is a general rule: 100 pounds for the first five feet of height and five pounds for every inch thereafter. Thus, a person of 5 ft. 3 inches tall should weigh around 115 pounds. Body frame should also be taken into account (whether you have a large, medium, or small frame).

I weigh 230 pounds and I'm happy. I have a big butt and tummy, but it dosent bother me. I once weighed 160 pounds and skinny not long ago. It was hard for me to gain any weight. about three years ago all of a sudden my appetite increased and started to gain weight like crazy. I gained around 10 pounds every two or three months. I started thinking about food and eating. I still eat like a pig, but I stopped gaining weight over a year ago.

WHO CARES! No one cares about how you look, what size your jeans are, or if you are clinically determined "FAT". Just be who you want to be and ignore all the outside influences and get over it.
