I don't want to scare you, but have you been having unusual dreams lately, dreams that seem real? Well when you have the next one go straight to the police without telling anyone that is close to you. Date rape comes to my mind. It happens in homes across the country and it is surprising how many husbands/boyfriends are involved.

you could of had too hard sex this can happen it is painful but its best to have them as it checks for cancer

ask your gyno, she/he should explain it to you what causes it, that is why you do tests so you could find reason and fix it!
or change gyno who will explain you without asking!
