i need this for the future of homebrewing

Almoust all hombrews are made using C code or a derivative, however the API (set of functions which interact with the console) varys greatly from manufacturer to manufaturer and even between diffrent products. Other languages may be used for homebrewing but they will require someone to build a new compiler, which is a horrible task.
