help a friend study. that way you'll have a thorough understanding of the topic by being able to explain it to someone else and help them understand as well.

Quit space , no t.v or music.
After school take a short break 1/2 -1 hr, get a snack or drink relax a little then get your homewoek done.
Do the same routine evry day.
After you can " play'

repeating things over and over till you memorize it and tape recording it(saying all your notes on tape) and playing that back over and over, maybe even a cd if you can do that. and sleeping with it on.
