basicly my cousin sister got marrid to this guy from u.k and she is from india for about for about
3 months and he droped of at my uncle about 2 years ago, now she is liveing in rented flat byherself & working ! none of them two have aplied for divorce !
i live in uk but i don't know how to help her as in i don't know much on british law ,
Q.the question is does anyone here know about the right to stay in u.k in that situation ???

You need to know her immigration status. She will only have a right to remain in the UK if she aquired that right while she was married to the guy from the UK. Generally, she can remain for as long as she is married to him, or if she applies for permanent right to remain, but that requires her to be married and living with the relevant person for at least 2 years.

Good luck to her ... i should tell her to stay under the radar of the authorities the longer she is here the better her rights are
