That's really easy. When you take a shower, just retract your foreskin and wash with water and mild soap. Afterwards, you can dry it with a towel if you want.
If you want to prevent/greatly reduce the "smell" or smegma, you can retract your foreskin while you pee, as that helps a lot too.

The same way you wash the rest of your body. Just make sure you pull back the foreskin and clean all the surface area

After doing extensive research on this topic, it seems soap and water should work just fine.
If you think that doesn't work well enough, it's time to pay a visit to your friendly neighborhood urologist.
If you can't afford that, I'm sure there's a late-night infomercial that has just the product for you!

That should be a part of your normal hygiene when you have a bath or shower. More than than, I would suggest you wash before you have sex - so you don't pass on your "germs" to her.
