please help i need some advice(legal)
basicly my cousin sister got marrid to this guy from u.k and she is from india for about for about
3 months and he droped of at my uncle about 2 years ago, now she is liveing in rented flat byherself & working ! none of them two have aplied for divorce !
i live in uk but i don't know how to help her as in i don't know much on british law ,
Q.the question is does anyone here know about the right to stay in u.k in that situation ???

You need to speak to a real lawyer.
If you get incomplete info here, there could be serious consequences to address.

i think the other answers are right, get a solicitor. if they haven't divorced then nothing should change. think u should go to citizens advice! good luck!
