don't even get me started on that phone,i bought one 2 weeks ago and it wasn't holding it's charge so they sent me a new one on tuesday, got in touch with o2 who sent me the settings to save but still no luck sending multimedia messages, after an hour they confirmed the phone was faulty and now i am waiting for a replacement phone,i've always used nokia phones but liked the samsung E900 so thought i'd give it a try but i am now replacing it with a nokia, phone o2 and they'll send you the settings, good luck with it!

Yeah, phone the customer service people at o2.
They'll text you the settings which you just need to save on your phone.
Dead simple.
