Last night, me and my mother were going to watch the new TV Show "Stephen King's Nightmatres" on TV. I record it every Wednesday night.
Well, I put a new tape in the VCR/DVD Player and I discovered that the machine wasn't set up because the electricity went out the night before.
Well, I accidently pushed a buttion on the remote control that said channel automatic set up. The TV show was starting to come on and I couldn't wait to record it. I was going to miss the beginning of the show.
So, I grabbed the remote from my mom's hands and ran up the stair like a bolt of lightning to my mom's bedroom to recorde the show.
Before I could push the record buttion, my mother called me from downstairs and asked me where the remote control for the VCR is? I told her I didn't know.
Now, the remote from the VCR/DVD player is missing. Me and my mom searched every inch of the house. It's just gone. It disappeared.
My mom said I ran upstairs with it, but I have no memory of doing it.

Check in the couch, under the bed, behind the tv or behind the dresser in the bedroom. Try to retrace your steps that day and turn everything inside and out. If worse comes to worse, you can just buy a universal remote. But the minute you forget about it is the moment you'll find the remote. Stop looking so hard. Good luck!

This is serious and thanks for asking! I called my psychic and she said"that this kind of thing was almost epidemic"!! She said that there is a clown under your bed and when you went upstairs and laid the remote down on the bed,the clown curled his arm up and snatched the remote!Clowns can live off anything, so he probably ate it.Or the next time your TV set acts up you will know "it's" him.Hope this will shed light on your dilemma.
