I've always wondered this. Where do do "they" (I don't even know who they are), but say the producers of WWF, and others find those huge wrestlers? Do people apply or are they found on the street just walking or people who go to LIVE wrestling, etc.
Anyone ever actually know someone who became a wrestler? Process and how it happened?

my brother. they go to special schools. wwe recruits from on called the power plant. my brother wants to be a wwe superstar. when they go to the different areas some house shows have local talent on them
