I think the climate has nothing to do with it. It depends on cultures, religions, money plays a big factor. How you are raised. If you are taught a certain way that is how you will think when you are older. We are created the same not equal.

differnt ways of life work for different people. why ocmpare europe to africa? in your eyes, europe has a distinct advantage and a much better way of life, but the africans see nothing wrong with their life. they live at peace with the world and don't have near as much stress or anxieties as the eruopeans do.
same with the north and south americams.
you say 'better' is more technoligcally advanced, more connected. there fore all 'third world' countries are bad and all modern ones are good, i think 'good' and 'bad' are relative. 'good' for europeans is not necessarily 'good' for africans. whatever works for that particular people is what is 'good' for them. we all have our problems and we all have achievements.

Decisions. logic. it has nothing to do with climate, racism...this is what those people have chosen to do. we didnt tell them to do it that way. we are all created equal what people do with the opportunities presented to them, is their decision alone to make

no one is any better than anyone else. we just think of ourself higher than others. most of the time if we have more than other we think of ourselves as better but truly we just have more opportunities. but we're not "better" than anyone.
