I met this nice young lady on the internet the other day and after I downloader her on my puter I think she gave me a virus ?

thats why you have to becareful what you download off the net.You need to get yourself a virus scanner.It will scan for viruses and take them out of the computer if there are any.I run McAfee so far its been really good.Once you have that virus scanner your better protected.Hope all will be ok

Be very careful what you download, even if it does look harmless it can contain a virus!

Scan your computer for viruses, don't tell me that you that you turn off your virus detector becouse it makes your computer slow.You should be more careful ,OK?
