No, I cannot, because all of my winter boots are black or brown.
If I had a pair of white boots, then I could. But I do not.

You can do anything you want, but traditionally, you shouldn't wear white shoes of any kind after Labor Day or before Memorial Day. Why you would wear boots in the summer is a whole other question. I think they'd be very hot. So, if you want to buy white boots, I guess winter is the time to wear them, unless you want sweaty feet. (LOL)

u could wear white boots in the winter but i prefer to wear other colours maybe a bit of white.

You sure can, however, just make sure that there is no snow. White boots no matter what the material will get dirty if you wear them in the snow.
If you were asking for fashion faux pas purposes, no it is not a faux pas to wear white shoes or boots after labor day.

yeah i can but i don't have money to buy white boots. and i don't live in snow. and the color white shows all the dirty spots when u get dirty.

yea! i mean if it snows where you live i wouldn't suggest wearing them! UGG boots are really popular.....
