I ordered on 16th june and they gave me an email saying it will ship in 2-3 days. They shipped my order but it was a chinese dvd instead of a 2 gb ipod nano for $159.99 I ordered. I then called them and spoke to Addie but within a few minutes of talking she hung up. I then tried going online and chatting with them but they are always offline. Then I tried calling them but the call does not go through. Then one day I called them and asked for a refund but they only gave me 19.99 back. I tried contacting them again but its the whole garbage all over again. Can somebody help me with some tips?

Start by contact the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Should this fail, you may try contacting your credit card company and disputing the charge. Explain the situation and have their ombudsman act as intermediary.
